Introduction: I help women who struggle with consistency to lose weight and tone up! I also teach women’s self defense. I am a U.S Army Veteran, jiujitsu practitioner, self defense instructor and personal trainer. I currently work with women to help them achieve their fitness goals by creating an identity shift. I can provide self defense classes, group workout classes and/or one on one personal training sessions for women. Currently, I work out of Bushido Jiujitsu Strength which is a 10,000sf facility with a 3,000sf fuji mat training surface and a 5,000sf strength and conditioning area with Rogue, Atlantis and York dumbbells and machines, along with a sauna and cold plunge for recovery.

Krista is such an amazing trainer! She truly cares about not only the body but how the mind and but work together as a whole! She’s excellent about pushing you towards your goals and holding you accountable. I am so glad that I found her and stuck with her. I offer many packages depending on what your goals are and what services you need from me as your coach!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work from an "all in" standpoint. Meaning, are we a good fit for each other. Not just am I a good fit for you as a coach, are you also a good fit for me as a client, for my community. We will start by just chatting and seeing if we a 100% heck yes fit to work together. I only work with clients who are ready to invest in themselves mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. And I only work with clients who I can 100% help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some prior experience from the military and jiujitsu. But I am also testing out next week for my personal training, nutritionist and corrective exercise exams!
