We noticed a problem with our windows (in a new house) around 9:00pm and I reached out to Jose around 10:30 PM. He immediately responded back, and I called him the next morning at 8:45. He was at my house at noon. He checked every window and made the necessary adjustments and repairs. Great value. Perfect work. Communication was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.

We had all of our windows installed through Ornelas glass & windows. Jose and his crew did an amazing job. He was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions. The windows arrived quickly and they installed about 15 windows in 2 days. His crew was very respectful of the home, keeping mess and debris at bay. They were also very trustworthy as my husband and I were at work when they were installing the windows. We love our new windows and our pup happens to like them too. The temperature in are house is feeling so much cooler as well. I would highly recommend Ornelas glass to anyone interested in getting windows. Thank you so much Jose!

Very prompt reply from the get go and was very flexible with me in scheduling the install due to ongoing construction at the home. Price was reasonable and in line with other companies. I would recommend using Jose.

I got a quote the same day and the work was fine the next. Had a cracked window... Most others said that the entire window needed to be replaced. Orne was up front with me and showed me why only the good needed to be replaced. Saved me a bunch!
