Updated --- We received the estimate on the 7th day. This was detailed enough to upgrade the review. We will be inviting more bids to pick the best quote. No response after visiting our house. Looks like they were not interested or the job was too small. In any case, I would have appreciated if they had the courtesy to let us know.

One of the weirdest experiences: they sent a person to take pictures on site for the free estimate, said the estimate will be ready on Friday. On the said Friday - crickets. I’ve sent a message, got a reply that they are still working on that. Never got back to me since then (beginning of April).
