I can’t recall of a better experience I’ve had hiring someone. Starting with my request, Alex was prompt to get back, discuss details and be very upfront about the service cost which I don’t think was unreasonable at all. Great communication and quick response. Friendly and informative. He explained to me the work he was doing and why it needed to be done the way he was doing it. Apparently the original builders for my house put in some pop in electrical boxes in the ceiling and didn’t secure them with braces in the ceiling so that is why I was having issues with my chandeliers. Very happy with his work and would hire him again!
