- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate Ala-cart pricing so every service or part has a set price, all customers pay the same, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact us through various ways , we discus the needs and what the charges are, if the customer agrees, we then set and appointment to come to their home or business and start the diagnostic process. Once we find the issues we discus costs to repair, if the customer agrees, we make the repair and get paid on the spot AKA COD. If the customers does not want work preformed they have to pay the Diagnostic/Trip Fee and we leave the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 18 yrs of experience and yearly updating our knowledge through continuing education and training offered from manufacturers. We have the best tools available to make accurate diagnostics and have accounts at all the major brands, so we can get parts if available for any model HVAC equipment..
