Great service! Tristan and Brad came out the next day (early) and fixed the issue. Turns out one of my dogs split up a wire nut. Didnt charge me a dime for the repair. Very thankful for the timely response and great customer service

HVAC Heroes were able to come out the same day as the request which was great. Justin was the technician that came to diagnose the system as it was just running warm air suddenly and thermostat not shutting off. Justin was very professional and seem to be honest with the diagnostics and suggested solution as this is always an area of concern with having any service done. Not having a fee to come out and take a look definitely was one of the deciding factors for me to have HVAC Heroes come out as well as availability the same day. I would recommend them and use them in the future.
