- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and set my pricing to be fair for the quality work you get from me. You will always have a 6 month warranty on my labor for any job I complete. I am always open to discussion if you feel my pricing is too high so that we can try and work through the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers in person so that they can ask any questions about their project as well ask me any questions so they will feel comfortable with me being their handyman.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel my 18 years of experience from building my own log home to helping others is a big factor that relates to my training and work experience. Also being a licensed Home Inspector, Realtor and Specialty Contractor represents the knowledge and education that I have put forth to maintain my growth in the residential market.
