Adam prepared an amazing, custom menu for us! He was diligent about researching ingredients to accommodate my wife's food allergies and delivered a fantastic dinner. He was personable, professional and on time
a true Chef! Food was amazing! Timing of each plate was perfect, while we sat back and enjoyed great conversation during our courses. Food presentations were fit for TV and everything was made fresh. I'd find it hard to ask for more. Highly Recommend!

Very nice guy, stayed in touch, let me add my touches, was attentive, upfront, and his good was yummy. Anything I asked he did.... I would highly recommend! I hope to use him again soon! His french onion soup was one of the best I have ever had and so was the creme brulee... with a different spin on the sugar which I liked more than the traditional....

Adam did an amazing job for our NYE party. He handled a party of 10 with ease and the food was awesome. Great job with the venison, steaks, risotto, and everything! I would recommend Adam for anyone's party.
