- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple. No tax. No travel Fee. No added costs. I like to keep it simple for my clients. EVERYTHING WE OFFER IS ALWASY INCLUDED!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather all info about the event. Quote a price and send the contract. A contract and down payment must be made to secure the date. Once received we plan details for the event. I collect the total balance one week before the event and again review details and a schedule. We arrive to all events 2 hours before start time to set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Western PA Disc Jockey Association. We meet periodically to stay updated on the newest equipment. We area always attending the yearly expos for DJ and Photo Booth to keep up to date on technology. We attend the yearly Photo Booth Expo in Las Vegas to get updated on the latest equipment.
