Ten is awesome, hands down! I was a little skeptical and worried at first, but it turns out I had those uneasy feelings for nothing. She answers emails promptly and informatively, and she seems pretty flexible in terms of appointment dates; if something comes up, she'll let you know and won't leave you hanging in the dark. I had asked her to do touch-ups on my locks, and I had never felt so comfortable with someone working on my hair; she did a stellar job, and she even told me of various ways to assist in their upkeep. She basically told me everything I needed to know to do it myself for the next time, too. She is very well-versed in the various ways of locking; she knows what she's doing and doesn't have just one catch-all way to go about it, since she knows not all locks are the same.

Ten Nebula is very professional and very friendly. As soon as you meet her you just sense a very kind person. I had emailed her to set up an appt. to do a retouch on my husband locks, and loves how she works around your schedule. I had to change my appt day and she did not give us any grief or hassle about it. She arrived early and courteously/patiently waited since we were meeting at my aunts house (since we live in OC). Then waited a little longer while we said hello to our big family lol. She was very quick and informative and doing my husband locks. She answered any of our questions polietly and you didnt sense an attitude like how some people would if you would ask them questions. I was amazed at how quick she was. Usually I would have to wait a minimum of 2 1/2 hours but I wanna say she was did his less than an hour. He even said he didnt feel any pain, cuz he get a little tender-headed if its been awhile of doing his hair. Im definetly calling her again for his re-touch...Also her pricing is very reasonable!!! Some people were asking for way too much and plus she does all types of locking and is very knowledgeable. Thank You Ten Nebula and look foward to seeing you again!!!

I was very satisfied with the services provided by lovin my locs and Ten Nebula, the response to my email was hasty, the price was affordable, and she comes directly to your house so that you can get your hair done in the comfort of your own home. Thank God! We have someone in portland who understands locs/dreads. Ten was so kind, understanding and easy to talk to. I didn't feel judged or put down because I needed some help. She is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She came to my house, where I felt most comfortable especially when my hairs a mess and I don't want to be sitting in front of a window with all kinds of people looking at me. She is the best person and the best experience I've had having my locs done and I've been wearing my hair in locs/dreads for over 10 years!
