Working with Brit from Monteleone Wedding Coordinating was an absolute pleasure. Her responsiveness to emails, texts, and calls was outstanding, especially given the tight timeline of planning a wedding in just five weeks. Brit’s patience and flexibility were remarkable, as she adeptly managed numerous changes, including changes day of the Wedding. During the rehearsal at our home with 25 people, Brit and her husband expertly kept everyone organized. They provided great suggestions and listened attentively to the bridal party’s ideas, offering creative solutions that worked for everyone. Many guests commented on Brit’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and friendly approach. On the wedding day, Brit’s standout skills was her ability to manage wedding vendors, including the caterers. She coordinated with all parties involved, ensuring that everyone was on the same page and that the event ran smoothly. Her expertise was evident in how she handled logistics and timing with the caterers, ensuring that the food service was timely and met our expectations. Brit was able to tackle any issues that arose swiftly and decisively. oversaw the decor setup, and made on-the-spot decisions with remarkable efficiency. Reflecting on the experience, I can’t help but wish I had Brit for my first daughter’s wedding as well. I genuinely believe that the success of this wedding was largely due to Brit’s exceptional coordination and management skills I don't know how my daughters wedding would have ran so smoothly without Brits help. Brit is the $hit!! Apologies for the expletive, but Brit is the best! I was VERY reluctant to hire a wedding coordinator. This was my second wedding (yay me!), I'm pretty organized and our event was only 60 ppl. But trust me, you need a coordinator. Brit thinks of everything that you don't (and won't). She has the best combo of calm, fun, and organized characteristics. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

In the weeks leading up, Brit was incredibly communicative, collaborating with me via shared products on Google Drive, which I recommend to anyone utilizing her Day-Of Coordinating services. Our Hallowedding was an absolute blast, and our guests had a wonderful time. As with any wedding, a few hiccups popped up, but Brit handled them with a calm, collected presence that eased my nerves and let me to stay focused on enjoying our day. Her partner, a first responder, was also there, adding an extra layer of peace of mind for any potential medical issues, which we deeply appreciated.
