JLM is the most affordable and reliable lawn care maintenence company I have ever hired. Jake is always at my home on time, same day every week. If I ever need to change the schedule on him, or have extra questions, he has never made it seem like an inconvenience for him. His customer service is excellent and he communicates with us like we've all been long time friends. I have recommended him to my neighbors, family and friends. And I would recommend him to a stranger as well.

For the past year Jake has been handling the landscape maintenance of several of our west side properties. We are a property management company and we don't have time to chase landscapers, wonder if their charges are correct and worry about whether they show up and do a good job.
Jake is extremely dependable, ALWAYS shows up and does his best to work with and around our tenants.
We wouldn't trade him for the world. We would, however, clone him for our east side properties!

Robyn Carradine, of Robyn's Nest Property Management, referred me to Jake's Landscape Maintenance. He came over to get details on what I wanted done and the finished look I wanted. I felt he 'got it' and the crew came and did exactly what I wanted and more, little detail things that I love. I have been able to refer one of my friends that really liked his finished work at my house. I was very impressed with his professionalism and apparent love of his work. I will recommend Jake to anyone and will have him come back. Awsome Job Jake, thank you so much!! Thanks for showing my yard too.
