My first purchase from Creating Concepts was the Oklahoma Pastry Cloth. I received a personal demonstration from the inventor and I love the product! I use my pastry cloth for pizza dough, while kneading bread, and rolling out biscuits. I have been so pleased with this company that I've gone on to purchase wonderful spices, bake ware, and my favorite...a large sifter (which was about $35 cheaper than the competition). Delivery is super fast. I have appreciated finding little "surprises" each time my order arrives, such as a handwritten thank you note or a small free sample! This tells me that my business is appreciated. PS: I make it a point to check out the Oklahoma Pastry Cloth blog several times a week for outstanding recipes and country humor. Visiting this blog is like living two doors down from a neighbor lady who knows how to do just about anything (like canning apple pie filling, dehydrating onions, salt curing a ham, making homemade scones, etc.) The step-by-step pictures guide me through each new skill I undertake. Imagine baking good bread on the first try! This is a company with which I enjoy doing business!
