Picture it. You are at work during a very stressful work event. A contractor calls you and says they have accidentally cut the line that was buried to your house. That is what happened to me. Between work phone calls, I somehow managed to find Abstract Electric. He answered and initially said he could not help me. But a few minutes later, he thought about my situation, and came up with an idea. Then, he found my rural address and was working on the situation before I even got home. He made a really horrible situation so much better. He even stayed awhile to assess the damage, and make sure I was going to be OK.

Steve and Kenny came to my home. The looked for the problem I was having and were able to diagnose with just a few minutes. The problem was actually PSO fault. Steve called them ant they were there in fifteen minutes. Steve explained the problem and PSO Is taking care of it. I highly recommend Abstract Electric. AAS in Avionics Technology, completed Training for HVAC systems, 20 years experience as an electrician.
