- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is available on my website. I have multiple packages to choose from. The differences are the size of the sound packages, so the bigger the room the bigger the sound system should be. Which only gymnasiums and big auditoriums would require an upgrade in sound. I also have package deals with my photo booths as well. The best deal in Ohio, Guaranteed! With the quality and price, the package cannot be beat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always being available and being punctual with emails, phone calls or texts. We will meet and we provide our planning guides and contracts so there is no stress the day of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of ADJA, promo only, weddingwire, school damce network, and other sites to promote and stay up on the latest music. I also subscribe to Mobile Beat which puts on a conference every year in Vegas bringing out all the newest hottest equipment and trends. I try my hardest to keep up with all the trends, but I guarantee that my music is updated weekly. :)
