- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is simple. The most expensive component is my time spend personally with a client. That is why I am offering different ways to use this the most effective way. For example I can teach clients to do a resistance training routine give them all the instructions and tools to follow it safely and allow the to workout unassisted for a period of time. Then repeat with a different program. This can cost as low as $30 a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client in person to talk about his/her goals, schedule, budget, preferences. After the meeting I suggest a Personal Training plan that is based on the clients schedule and budget. We go on with our plan from there. I can work with any budget and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning and attending courses. I recently complete first level of Ti Chi and continuing with the second.
