FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the new customer to feel a sense of relief that they have found the right company for there needs. I want to offer up the proper expectations of what they should expect when the work is completed. I want to be sure that we are on the same page and excited to work with each other towards a common goal.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common request I receive is for: Can you power wash our home? My services include: * All vinyl from foundation to roof * All purpose soaping and sanitizing solution * All gutters, shutters and downspouts fronts * All soffits - the area under the gutters. * Front porch interior and garage doors. * Front walkway from front door to driveway * Ladder service
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Choosing a Contractor Based on a Single Phone Call Is a Bad Idea. Invite the contractor to your home, and ask for a free estimate; most quality contractors offer them. Free estimates are a great way to test the contractors knowledge and to see his appearance and professionalism first hand, with no obligations. You will also have a written estimate, so there will not be any overcharges or surprise add-ons.
