- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is very straightforward, no hidden fees or unquoted costs. We take a look at the issue, discuss appropriate ways to address, and provide you with an estimate for service. Any additional costs outside of the quote would be first discussed with the client before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically discuss the issue over the phone and will schedule some time to meet and to take a look. Once we locate the issue and discuss best ways to address, we will continue the dialogue until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked alongside my father-in-law and our crews for a number of years to get real, on the job, first hand experience. We regularly meet our suppliers for continued education on new technology and proper installation of materials. Our crews are also trained and kept up to date on the most effective and efficient ways of repairing/installing.
