I had an awful experience with this company....The cleaners were late. I was given the impression that all supplies were brought except toilet brushes which I provided, however, they used (and opened!) a Lysol mop that I was planning on returning and also used my vacuum. My kitchen sink was not thoroughly cleaned, food was stuck on the inside left corner. The kitchen floor had a scuff that was not there before and also hair and dust still remained in the master bathroom as well as in corners of living area. They offered to come back fix any issues but I had already taken care of it! So I asked for a partial refund and they stopped responding to my messages and charged the full amount to my credit card! I am still in the process of disputing with my bank as well as the BBB. Beware!!

The client did make us aware promptly of the deficiencies that she noticed, and as we discussed during the consultation process and subsequent follow up, we will respond and address any issues quickly so that we take care of our customer. This customer declined us this opportunity and for that reason, we could not confirm her complaint. Again this was discussed, in person, during the walk thru process. This client has not contacted us since that time.

I've had them out to my house on a couple of occasions and they do a fabulous job.
