I provide a laid back but driven environment where each program is customized so that you leave with more than what you thought you wanted, be it toning, strengthening, weight loss or conditioning. We will work together to set a plan to accomplish your desired fitness goals as well as work on what your body needs, such as correcting imbalances, strengthening your core or tweaking your form so you can reach your maximum potential and feel your best. Training with me is all about personal growth, feeling good about yourself, loving your body and being confident in your skin. Let’s get to it! * Due to COVID-19 and social distancing I'm offering virtual sessions, workouts in central/prospect park (timing permitted)as well as limited openings at an independent gym in Manhattan.

Bree's standout quality as a trainer is her attentiveness. In my experience with her training, I felt challenged and pushed, but always in safe hands as Bree is very hands-on in ensuring safety and appropriate exertion. She is skilled at correcting form and assuring that you are set up for success prior to each exercise. Her energy is lovely and encouraging as well! What a pleasure Bree!

Bree is an awesome motivator & teacher. She taught me how to be strong & gave me the necessary skills to march into the “boys” section of the gym to do things I never felt empowered to do on my own. I thank her immensely for giving me the courage to rock it at the gym. I’m doing barbell squats & deadlifts now! GIRLS RULE!

For the past two years, every week, I take hour- long private yoga training from Bree. She is skilled/ compassionate/ patient, as I have become more flexible/stronger/ and have amazingly improved balance. She gently but firmly challenges me through every pose – and we have fun. Book her for Yoga or Weight Training. She is remarkable!

Knew what she was doing, definitely did the workouts herself and knew what it should feel like. Fun and talkative but got the job done, wasn't a chore.
