Introduction: Helping people enhance their physical and emotional wellbeing has always been a dream job for me. What potentially makes me different from other personal trainers is that I can relate. I went through massive struggles with my own physical body and it was not easy for me to form a strong feeling of “I am enough”. From eating disorder, obsessive calorie counting to distorted body image and finally to loving myself and working out not to feel lovable and accepted but to feel strong and resilient. This is the feeling I want all my clients to experience, every single day. My approach is highly individualized because we all have different bodies and goals but one thing for sure is we are not meant to be weak and fatigued, we are meant to be superhumans: full of energy, confidence and vibrancy.
