- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First learning what they are looking to obtain through personal training with me. I start with a custom designed flexibility program which addresses their needs so they have the best outcomes in the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a student at the Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science, Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM, & Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NASM
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was once about 40 lbs overweight,smoked ciggarettes, & ate very unhealthy. When I had a hard time breathing , coughing up black stuff, and was disgusted with the way I looked & felt, I make a definite decision. I quit smoking cold turkey, started on an exercise program, & ate better. It was through my own success that inspired me to help others. It hit me in the head like a baseball bat! I knew that I wanted to do this more than anything. Best thing I've ever did and I never feel bad about having to go to work. I love what I do and cant wait till Monday, lol.
