Mike is truly a "different" kind of trainer. Instead of following you around and counting your reps, he talks with you as he trains you and makes you feel welcome. He gives you a routine that is tailored to what your specific goals are and what you want to accomplish. Mike has tons of experience with all kinds of fitness levels. From helping elderly people lose a few pounds, to helping people prepare for police or military fitness, to assisting elite powerlifters, he has something he can offer you. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

I have been working with Mike since 2011 and he has helped me become stronger and leaner! He is very serious about his career and wants every single one of his clients to be successful! Mike is THE BEST!! Training with him for the past year and a half has changed my life. He helped me change my diet and what a difference it has made. He is always available to help with food and workout questions. Not only am I losing weight I'm also losing body fat and building muscle. Mike is also helping me get ready for the nypd academy with his help I have never been more confident and ready to pass the physical agility test!

Mike Smith was very professional but personal when we trained. He always had something new for us to do so the training never got stale. I saw great results when on the lacrosse field. I took a 30 minute speed training session, twice a week, for 3 months with Mike Smith. I got a chance to play on a national championship team and I couldn't have done it without Mike Smith.
