My facilitation and coaching style is based on adult learning theory -- engaging and dynamic with a blend of inquiry and reflecting to allow clients to discover and solve their own challenges. I coach executives and managers to achieve sustainable results via insightful coaching and engaging seminars on stress management, leadership and personal growth.
