Great communication, acted very professional, and punctual. Bought a new 5.1 surround sound system for my new TV and Aurel did a super clean job with hiding the cables. Told him I had wanted to get high-hats for the room and he game me a pretty solid deal. He even installed a dimmer switch which gave the room a nice touch.
