This was my first time using Thumbtack. Joel from JALEX Plumbing responded very quickly. I needed 2 toilets installed and he gave me a very fair price. He showed up on time and did an amazing job! Very professional. I actually had him replace the drain in my sink which was also broken. I was very pleased with all the work he did. Would definitely use him again.

Jalex was superb!!! I needed a new toilet installed and an old one removed. Joel was professional, punctual and finished the job quickly. Most importantly it was affordable and he did it within one day of contacting him. Great job and I will recommend to my friends!!!

Having Joel replace my kitchen faucet was a positive experience. The work was done in an efficient manner with a high degree of professionalism. He was also able to take care of a leaking hose bib I had in the backyard on this same visit as well. I would strongly recommend him for plumbing repairs.

If you don't want to read the whole review - just go hire Joel - he is amazing!
Now for the full story: The bolt holding the bottom of my shower door broke, and NOBODY could simply fix it. Everyone wanted to charge me upwards of $2500 to install a whole new door because apparently there isn't anywhere to buy parts only for pivot-hinged frameless shower doors.
Joel was amazing! He was able to fabricate a piece of metal to attach to the frame and took the cost of my job from $2500+ down to less than $500.
He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!
HIRE THIS MAN! All the stars aren't enough to give him!
*Pay no attention to the gross
- looking shower - the efforts to try and fix it the past six weeks left it nasty looking, but now that it's fixed we can finally get it sparkling again thanks to Joel!
