This is a family business that grows with every customer interaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an intake phone call, followed by a Face to Face meeting that ends with a quote. After agreement regarding the details and all special requests, a date, time and location is set. We will confirm the move details the day before and remain available for contact until the moment the moving commences.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before establishment of My own business, I was the Lead Driver & Foreman for moving companies on both the East & West Coast for over 15 years.
