To be able to work with Alex and Juan was really a true pleasure. Alex was the one that I spent most of the time with. The most interesting part of this whole situation was when the estimates came in from the other companies, including Extreme. One company came in at $10,900. Another company came in at $11,900. I mentioned this to Alex, and he said that mostly the other countries were ready to increase their square footage prices. Alex and one chose not to raise their prices. I have a three section flat roof stucco home. The first section was done by Sunrise roofing and cost me approximately $8600. I still had to do the other two sections and they were approximately 1300 ft.². Extreme construction quoted me a total price of $8500 to do the last two sections. They did not increase their prices per square footage like all the other companies did that I talked to. They wanted my business and now they have it. They’re the most honest, hard-working group of people I have met. They are not just a roofing company, but a general construction company as well. I have other plans for outside of my home and will be using Exceed Construction for those projects. If I had to rate them on a scale of one to 10, they would definitely be a 15.

My experience with Exceed Construction left me with the impression that they are the best of two worlds - a local, family business mixed with an established big company, with all the professional standards. Work was punctual, attentive, and satisfying- as was the price. Juan and his crew never said “no” to us, and worked to accommodate our schedules and expectations. We hired them for one job and just kept asking them back for other projects- they are experts of outside construction and renovation and were happy to help. The initial meeting with the project management team, the estimate review, and the scheduling of the work went smoothly. The work crews arrived on schedule, kept the project area clean, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. The project also included new stucco, new awnings, trim, and paint for the house. Having one contractor and management team to accomplish this project was a plus.
