Every catering service I have come in contact with has, what I call, a "base menu" that you can choose your meals from. I don't work that way. I sit down with my clients & try to get a feel for what they want and can afford. Then I work a menu around their specific needs. Very personal in my opinion.
Because I'm an independent, I usually only work with groups of 20 or less for catering or. BUT, I have served upwards of 60, It all hinges on the needs of the customer,
Pricing starts at $25 per hour plus groceries for meal delivery, $65 private cooking lessons including groceries, 85 p/p for a cooking demo in my home, $200 for a dinner for 2 served in your home and to $500+ for an event caterer. It all depends on the customers request.
Simple - I love to cook!! It used to be cooking for my family would give me enough satisfaction. But even though 2 of the 3 live @ home, they're now grown & have their own lives. Cooking for other people, family or not, is my "passion!"
