I make my prices fair according to the job and the quality of cleaning supplies and service that we provide to each and every client. My prices are normally very accurate to estimate that is shown for my company on Thumbtack unless it’s much larger homes , then I adjust price accordingly. So please if the estimate that shows up is already not within budget then more than likely my company wouldn’t be a good fit because my prices are very close if not exact as the estimate shown before clicking to contact me. This is why my prices are listed so that customers have a more accurate idea of how much the type of cleaning would cost before reaching out to my company. The first question I will ask is the sq footage of home as we have no way of knowing this until I ask being that I only am able to see number of bedrooms and baths and add ons. This plays a very important part in the estimate because size of home matters also. We do not charge by the hour but more so by the details of the job and condition of home or business that we will be cleaning.
