Jason was a pleasure to work with. We moved into this house a few months ago and ever since we started running the cool air, we’ve had a constant drip from the condensation drain. It was filling a 5 gallon bucket every two days that we would have to dump outside. Jason was responsive to my questions/concerns regarding the possible relocation of the condensation drain. Upon arriving and taking a look himself. He was not able to move the drain due to the space/drop needed to run it, but he was able to come up with a solution to our issue. I would use him again for any future HVAC service. Thanks again!

Jason is straight up, very serious. He quoted a repair but it was an expensive part, was up front and honest - told me how to proceed to get the repair done under warranty and gave a reasonable charge for a service call and a super effort to repair the air conditioning, plus follow up phone calls. Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jason!! We hired him to install a mini ductless unit in our garage and add additional ventilation to our 3rd floor bonus room. Jason was very reasonable and also did a great job with both projects. Will definitely work with him again.
