We offer 4 unique Service Plans for our clients to choose from, giving them the flexibility to make the best decisions that aligns with their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with you to learn about the property, its residents (if any) and identify your goals and how we can assist you with accomplishing those goals. You’ll get an introduction to your primary contacts who are available with a laser focus on their prospective departments. Next we prepare your property for the market by identifying any needed repairs and ensuring it is rental ready for top-market rates. We guarantee our 21-day marketing plan to find you the best qualified tenant. From there, you’ll allow us to do what we do best, keeping you informed every step of the way while taking the burden off your shoulders, giving you more time for the things that matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Bob, is actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers as well as the Property Management division of North Carolina Association of Realtor. Our dedication to these organizations provides our team with regular updates to changes to NC landlord tenant-laws, reviews of recent liability and litigation issues and weekly topics covering various NC Landlord-tenant laws.
