- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates: We try to work with our client's budget. I really prefer to understand the scope of a project and provide a fair project budget. I may not be the cheapest, but I promise fair pricing and you will get more than you pay for. I can work for an hourly rate if needed. Hourly rates depend entirely on the complexity of the work. Do you need a basic flyer or a 3D virtual tour? I have found most clients prefer to work with per project budgets. I feel it is a better system for both parties to agree to terms and a project scope. That way if you if you need an extra little tweak or adjustment, no big deal, and you don't feel nickled and dimed for getting billed for another 30 mins of an hourly rate. Payment Schedule: I ask for 25% to get started, 25% at the midpoint or major milestone, and the remaining 50% at project close or final delivery. Payment Options: Cash, check or major credit cards accepted.
