FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set packages that cover Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, G+, Youtube and LinkedIN. I can add on additional services depending on what the client needs. I also offer blog scheduling, social media assessments, social media training and consulting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief consultation going over my services and prices I send my client a proposal/contract. Once we've fine tuned everything, the client signs and returns the signed contract. Upon sign contract and payment work begins. I bill through Paypal so the client always has a recent for tax time. Tip: Ask your tax accountant about writing off your social media services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken Kate Buck Jr.'s Social Media Manager Pro Course years ago. Her course is now being modeled by some universities. I've also studied courses by Sandi Krawkoski, Kelly Fidel, Frank Kern and I stay up to date on all the latest changes so my clients don't have to. I belong to several social media manager groups who thrive on helping each other. Answers to any problem are at my finger tips.
