Excellent customer service. I don't charge on a per item basis. I charge per hour. I don't charge for travel time or for download time, it doesn't make sense. I charge for the actual time I'm working on technical issues. Many clients will take advantage of the hourly service and have me work on other technical issues that need to be resolved.
I love computers and I love helping people. One of the things I like most about my job is the customer satisfaction. From time to time, I encounter my clients and ask them how their computer or printer or network is running. They tell me that everything is going well and thank me for the customer service I provided.
