Chuck responded very quickly which was important since it was freezing and our furnace was out. He came when he said he would and resolved multiple issues to get us up and running. Very professional.

I have an old furnace that has never been checked. Galaxy HVAC came to check it out for me. They fit me in their schedule right away and were able to make sure all was running good. They cleaned the flame sensor as well. They also suggested I get a carbon monoxide sensor, which i dont have. Cost was very reasonable and they were quick!” I would suggest and call them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a 90 dollar service call, which is taken at time of service. This service call is taken out of any parts/services provided at the time of the work being completed. Sometimes something can be fixed with no parts needed, and the total price would be 90 dollars and that's it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure that the work is satisfactory, and I've met all of your needs today. I always like to do a thorough evaluation so you can make an informed decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA universal, as well as others.
