- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service you are looking for, the prices are different, i.e. Wedding - senior pictures - maternity, however we will always work with you if the packages we offer is not what your looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has all of their questions answered and a date and time chosen, we will add them to our calendar system where they will receive an automated email confirming their appointment. We will then send a invoice for a deposit to secure the day and time, paid online and sign any contract that is needed. After the deposit is paid, the final payment is due at a later time, usually 1 month before for weddings, or the day of the shoot for others. Once the shoot is complete, editing takes place of all the images and will take about 1.5 weeks to receive an online gallery back with all of those images. From the gallery, customers can order prints from their gallery at a turn around time of about 1 week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a number of college courses in the past regarding photography and editing, at Schoolcraft, and Eastern Michigan University where I have a bachelor degree from. I am currently enrolled in an online university program as well furthering my skills for editing, video and design. The teacher is one of the greatest accomplished photographers in the US.
