Malcolm came right out when I contacted him. He came to our house which I really appreciated. He came out to fix our printer which he did but he was also able to fix our computer. He is very friendly.

I know little to nothing about computers and printers. When my printer stopped working I thought I'd have to scrap it. Mr. Muchison arrived and 15 minutes later the printer was running again. Best $40 I've spent in quite some time.
