- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both set packages based on time...as well as custom coverage plans designed to fit nearly any budget and price point. Competitor bids are always welcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first time interview session will typically last about one hour. It's a "getting to know you" session. We learn about and discuss the details relating to the event your planning to have photographed or videotaped. What types of photography formats you may like or don't prefer. What your budget expectations may be. We address all your questions in an informal relaxed setting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Family Studio was first established in 1937...almost eight (8) decades of service to Metro Detroit and beyond. Our photographers/videographers average 10 years plus of experience related to their specific craft...with several Staff members having now been with us over 25 years. We routinely update our skills at professional seminars and networking with our peers in the professional photography industry.
