- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer custom packages for all of my services, which means you get more control of what your project costs! I will not be the least expensive photographer or videographer you look into, but I AM fun, professional, reliable, and skilled. When in doubt, ask! I am always willing to work out payment plans and find ways to make services work within a specific budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Inquiry from you! 2) I follow up with an email to ask a few basic questions and schedule a phone call. 3) We do a brief phone call or video chat to discuss your project and how I can best be of service. 4) I create package options for you based on your needs. 5) You say HECK YES and we both sign a contract. 6) Depending on the project and how you choose to pay, I will send you an invoice. Once the booking fee is paid and the contract is signed, it's almost like WE JUST BECAME BEST FRIENDS!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience in the wedding industry, first as a photographer for about 8 years and then I added videography to my service offerings about three years ago. I also have a Bachelors degree in Film & Video from Grand Valley State University. I still work with the program there from time to time, and I have an intern from the program working with me this summer. I am also on their alumni board as well.
