I am so glad that I was able to have Mr. Raanan to handle my new locks for my new place he and his wife were very friendly and quick to answer all my questions and explain in detail the type of locks that would best fit my needs and they were very accommodating when I had to adjust my appointment time. I just moved to a new place that had a lock but the former occupant said she couldn't remember the code. I was in between changing the lock when someone advised me to reprogram the lock as it was a very good/strong lock. So I started looking for who to help reprogram the lock. I reached out to 5 different people. 3 said they couldn't reprogram without the original code. 1 said it will take a lot of time and it was going to be very costly. I saw Raanan and he said he can do it. I had to reiterate it that I do not have the original code and he still affirmed he could do it He came and went straight to work and fixed it within few minutes. I was surprised!!! He also did some additional patches at no extra cost. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. His charges were reasonable. I will highly recommend to all as he knows his onions and he is very responsive.

Raanan responded almost immediately after I posted the request on Thumbtack and was able to fit into my tight schedule coming by the first evening. My job was rekeying an antique slot machine and very few locksmiths could do it. Unfortunately, Raanan could not pick the lock, so he had to drill it out and replace it. It was extremely complicated as one might expect to get into a slot machine. It took him a few hours and lots of patience working into the evening pretty late. He prevailed, ordered a new lock and when it came in, he reached back out to quickly come install that. He again was able to schedule it quickly and promptly. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommended him for any lock issues you may have.

I always try to give them the best solution possible in a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer's problems and needs. after that I am trying to find a solution for him/her. Sometimes I ask for some pictures or a video to get a better understanding of the issue. Then I give a price estimate (quote) on the phone, and if we both agree on it - we schedule an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am learning every day in order to find the best solutions for my customers - For example I install new locks and advance locks that people buy on Amazon and e-bay 😻
