C-Pup has been walking my dog for over 2 years, and I have been very pleased with their service. They employ a number of different dog walkers, but send the same person to my house day after day, which is good because my dog becomes familiar with that person. In fact, he looks forward to her coming. Not only is she well-acquainted with my dog but she has also learned the "routine" at my house -- where everything is at; how to turn on/off the alarm system; where extra dog treats and towels are located. Also, she leaves a report card every day telling me how her visit went, where they walked, etc. In addition, C-Pup has made helpful suggestions regarding dog products that I didn't know existed -- for example, they told me about a new cone to prevent licking that enabled me to avoid another costly trip to the vet. All-in-all, C-Pup is terrific!

I LOVE C-PUP! We have used them over the past few years and they are fantastic! Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. Our dogs love them; we love them!

I have used C-PUP for several years now, and I am pleased and thankful that I can really count on them to provide great care to my pets when I'm out of town! I'm the proud mom of two kitties, and C-PUP has been excellent in their care of the pets. The owner is responsive, the prices are very reasonable and the staff that care for my guys provide a full report upon return, with some personalized notes so you know they are not just in and out, but truly care for your pet, which is priceless. They've always addressed my needs and are very professional. I could not be happier, and relieved that if its not me, its C-PUP!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the only services in the area that offers discounted midday dog walking rates. We provide hassle-free flat rates instead of time based fees and our on-line billing is as easy as opening an email. Once payment is received your visits from one of our caring dog walkers or sitters is booked!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You may go to the C-PUP website and call or email the owner direct to provide the following information: number of pets, breed, type of care you are seeking, dates of service and location. Then we will make arrangements that work for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
