Hired on Thumbtack

Carlos and his crew came over and did a marvelous cleaning job on my house. However, followup for another appointment has been disappointing. I emailed Carlos and didn't hear from him, so I called him. He said he was having problems with his email so he said he would get back to me by phone with a date and time for a future cleaning. I have called several times since, and received no response. It's too bad they didn't do a crappy job. Very frustrating.
