Recently had to travel to Maryland and because we were unfamiliar with the traffic and streets of the area we utilized sky1 worldwide limousine services. We reserved the 14 Passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a Corporate event in South Richmond. Our driver was John. He was OUTSTANDING and made our experience so enjoyable. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his town. The van was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend his services. Thank you for a safe and successful experience.

The project itself went well but the contract and payment process could have gone better. Their upfront pricing leaves something to be desired. The quote didn’t include any of the additional taxes, surcharges, gratuity and administrative fees were tacked on after I agreed to the quote rate. I felt a bit misled. Our driver Teddy was very good.

We had an amazing time on our tour to northern Virginia wineries to celebrate our bachelorette weekend. Our driver Tee william helped us to pick some amazing wineries for us to visit. Customer support was super smooth and easy while making reservation. Tee william took care of us throughout the day ensuring we got to and from safely. Had plenty of fun! Kudos to team sky1

The wole process was shady start to finish, and I ultimately didn't book, but you all need to be aware of it. I spent several days negotiating with them, then they got me on the phone and wanted me to pay a $350 deposit with no agreement in hand to review. I got the agreement via email while on the phone and they still wanted me to pay the deposit over the phone. The agreement is super shady and one sided. They reference a security deposit, but don't show you the cost of it anywhere. The quote did not have any taxes, fees, fuel surcharges etc included in it, which I didn't find odd because I have other quotes similar in range that are "all inclusive." Because of another review on here, I asked them about any additional fees and OH MY GOODNESS, it was adding $200 to my reservation, and I never would have known if I didn't ask! I mean, reallly unbelievable that they were hiding all those extra costs, that NO ONE else was hiding in that way! Their terms say that if they cancel your ride for weather, they don't refund you. It also says if the car becomes unavailable, they'll substitiute it but they don't address if it's a lesser car, you get a refund, or a higher car, they cover it. Very one-sided and NOT in your favor so BEWARE! I completely wasted all this time.
