- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Management fee is only 10% the average across the states of Maryland and DC
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We setup a site inspection at which time we come out to meet the owner for a tour of the property or the owners appointed contact. This tour also helps us to learn about the property and be able to share these highlights and passion as we would have learned from the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We continuously look for training opportunities especially with NARPM and other Property Management training organizations to improve our offerings. We also commit to completing our continuous education programs to keep abreast of changes in the industry that affects the legal, financial, organizational and all other aspects of our business.
