Awesome responsiveness. Like many people this winter, we were experiencing ice dams that led to a leak in the house. Timber Tek rearranged their schedule to come out the next day. A few hours later, no more leak, ice dams, or mountains of snow on the roof. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them on other projects in the future.

These guys are Awesome, friendly and reasonable/cheap. I have all my second floor build with these guys. They are very good at managing the project and executing it on time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With home renovation and construction every project is different. However we do our best to provide our clients with the best service, quality and price available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 We have an initial project meeting and develop a detailed estimate. Step 2 Once the Estimate is reviewed we have a follow-up meeting to review the estimate at the project site a second time. Step 3 Make any potential adjustments to the estimate and re submit. Step 4 Client reviews and excepts the estimate at this point a contract is in place and we schedule a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On staff we have licensed Construction supervisors, Home Improvement Contractors and Lead Safe Renovators. We have over 50 Years of combined experience in our lead project managers.
