FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting is always best to make introductions and setup the first steps, setting goals and establishing expectations. In this first meeting I want to make sure the visions of the client become my vision, and that we are in-sync with how to proceed. Depending on project size, the initial meeting may include the signing of a scope of work agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1999 I graduated with a Professional 5-Year Degree in Architecture from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. In 2005 I opened my first architectural design firm in the French Quarter and for eight years ran a successful firm specialized in commercial interiors. In 2013 I closed my firm to dedicate myself to giving back to my community and was hired as executive director of a local nonprofit. Today, I am a freelance designer that works in developing art, fashion, activism and beautiful spaces.
