I sure lucked out finding Zach! 1) It was a Saturday. 2) He responded in less than 5 minutes. 3) Was able to get here sooner than estimated arrival time. 4) His pricing was under most all others regarding same issue and labor. He was very professional and clean. Told me all the steps as he went through them and showed me my issue. Being a single gal, sometimes repair men overlook women and can be dismissive. Not the case here! He finished my hot water installation in less than 2 hours with clean up and all! You should definitely call him!! I’ll be spreading his name around like confetti!!

Zach was very professional and was very willing to help. He did a great job and explained to me what he was doing. He gave me other options and I felt secure during the process. He repaired my basement water line valve and my outside water hose connector. He also took extra time to look at my kitchen faucet and was able to fix it in no time and didn't charge me extra when he could have. I appreciate the work he did and definitely would refer him to others and would hire him again.
