What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer package prices for business insights and price by hourly rate if the scope is not well understood. If I am able to spend 1 hr with the client, I can provide a fixed prices for my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always looking to stay current on Analytical tools. Last fall I completed Google Analytics and Tableau training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology, data and analytics. People management and process are all key to driving action from technology and analytics so I love those too. I've led in these fields for 15 years in corporate. I decided to leave the big guys, stopped climbing the corporate ladder to help other little guys like myself.
