Julio and his team did a great job. We haven’t been able to test the finish yet, but it looks pretty strong and I will update if anything changes. The only thing I’ll mention is that you’ll need to be proactive to communicate with him. He was immediately responsive when I reach out. He just doesn’t provide a lot of detail about what to prepare for during the process and some minor things that can occur if you refinish. For example, he didn’t tell me I’d need a deposit until a day into the work, which confused me, but we googled it and that is pretty standard. Some of our trim needs touching up after the work- I’ve read this isn’t uncommon either. Again, the work is really good and he was very accommodating, so I’m really happy. But if you’re someone who needs loads of communication, make sure you research the process first and ask him all your questions.

Elegance Hardwood Floors provided an outstanding installation for a 1,300 sqft new flooring project including carpet removal. Quarter round molding and transition bars were cut and set very nicely. I have done flooring remodeling in 3 different houses for a total of 4,000 sqft using 3 different contractors and my best experience is with Elegance Hardwood Floors.
